If your child has a medical condition or allergy, please ensure the school has an up to date Individual Health Care Plan for them.

School staff members are only able to administer medicine to a child provided that a medication request form has been completed by the parent. The school will not be held liable for any missed doses.  We can only administer medicines that are prescribed by a doctor and need to be taken 4 times a day.  Medicines must be brought to and collected from the office by an adult.  All medicines must be in their original packaging.
