Welcome to St Hugh of Lincoln

I’d like to welcome you to St Hugh of Lincoln Catholic Primary School.  I hope you find our website informative and useful in helping you gain some insight into who we are and what’s important to our school community.

St Hugh’s is an outstanding one-form entry Catholic Primary School in the diocese of Arundel and Brighton and is part of the Xavier Catholic Education Trust.  Although we are a small school, we have big ambitions and the XCET gives us superb access to a great network of educational experts, helping us to achieve the very best outcomes for our children.

Disconnect to Connect

Year 3 and Year 4

We are excited to be taking part in Disconnect to Connect, where the children from Year 3 and 4 will take the lead in educating their parents about the safe and sensible use of smartphones. This will be delivered with the support of Dan Newman from the Xavier Lifestyle Medicine Team.
As part of the event, the children have also been practising a fun and catchy song written by Mr Ellson,  which they are very excited to perform!

The event will place on Tuesday 5 May.
Year 3 from 2.45pm - 3.15 pm in the hall
Year 4 from 3.15pm - 3.45pm in the classroom.

We hope you can join us to learn a little more about this very important topic.
