Why does the site not work in my web browser?

If your PC or browser are very old, there is a good chance that the site will not work fully. We aim to ensure that the site works fully with all recent browsers - the compatibility list is given in here.

If you have one of these browsers but you still believe that it is not working properly, please send us feedback.

I want to receive updates when there is new information on the site. How can I do that?

All of the news pages have associated RSS feeds. An index of all of the available feeds is here.

I’ve seen a photo of my child on the site but I do not want it to be there. What should I do?

Please contact us straight away. We certainly don’t intend that any images of our children are published without prior explicit permission from their parent or guardian. You should contact webmaster@sthugh-of-lincoln.surrey.sch.uk or just contact the School Office - details are here.

Will this site work on my mobile phone?

Some phones have sufficiently modern browsers that the site will work well. However, we don’t systematically test with all phones so we don’t have a list of what works and what doesn’t.
