Year 2 (Campion)

Class teacher: Mrs P Merchant

Year 2 is the last year in Key Stage 1.

Amongst the areas of work in Year 2 are Controlling a floor turtle, Houses and homes, Seasides, Forces and movement, The Great Fire of London, Florence Nightingale, Changing materials, and Hot and cold.

Children in Year 2 have the opportunity to take part in ‘Pedals and Pushes’ training, helping them to ride scooters and bicycles safely. They also take part in activities helping them to understand more about fire safety.
